About Us
Scarborough Real Estate is an established Houston-based commercial real estate firm focused on retail tenant representation. The firm exclusively represents T-Mobile, Texas Roadhouse, Bubba’s 33, Harbor Freight and Smile Brands in the Houston and South Texas markets. Notable accomplishments include stewarding the market rollout of Hollywood Video with over 85 stores, 110 with Mattress One, 80 with Family Dollar and over 100 with T-Mobile. In addition to tenant brokerage transactions, the firm maintains a successful track record for developing and leasing shopping centers around the state.
Company History
The firm was founded in 1973 by Gordon Scarborough who conducted real estate acquisitions for Pizza Hut, Gulf Oil and Burger King. Gordon developed a network of professional relationships and his work set the foundation for Scarborough Real Estate. Jeff Scarborough assumed operational leadership in 1994, continuing the firm’s success and dedication to its clients.
